Executive Team

Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President

Professor Paul Douglas Katching is a highly-valued mathematician who has developed three Economic Concepts that Equity Score® LLC incorporates into its structure. These concepts – Product Equity Value© (PEV©), Virtual Management Team© (VMT©), and Solar Cycle Budget© (SCB©) – are designed into the business model of Equity Score® LLC for efficient management and innovative marketing. PEV© information is available at the www.ProductEquityValue.info site.

As a former officer with Bank of America, the Professor has the experience and financial background required to negotiate the terms of acquisition for several potential public company candidates. During his tenure as Chief Accounting Officer at Bank of America, he was responsible for balancing the daily transactions of all bank branches in the Southern United States and interfacing with the Federal Reserve. He headed a data processing department of 400+ accountants and technicians who executed various tasks to fulfill this responsibility.

The Professor has over 40 years of experience in accounting, banking and business-economics, covering over forty-five countries and four continents. He has lectured in various countries including the U.S., Brazil and China. His most recent round of lectures were in China where he was invited as a visiting professor to the Departments of Business and Biophysics at the University of Science and Technology in China. When the invitation was extended during the mid-1990s, he was Chancellor of the World Institute of Theology and Technology, a narrowly-focused, 501(c)(3) institution with a mission of reconciling and bridging the gap between the “study of one Eternal” and the first law of thermodynamics, which is the law of “one fundamental energy.”

He is currently in India, advising entrepreneurs on the need for India to accelerate the formation of new public companies which will bring greater job security and more income-making opportunities to professionals and university students who are organized into 31-member teams called Virtual Management Teams©.

In March 2010 he wrote The Capitalistic Renaissance, a white paper that examines the debt problem and presents a new economic reality requiring the formation of thousands of new customer-centric public companies. The Untaxing of the United States of America and Growing the Ghanaian Economy are two more white papers he authored in 2012 and 2011 respectively. Both documents explain the need for more public companies in both countries and the resulting boost to their national gross domestic products. He also provides invaluable consulting advice to the management team of Equity Score® LLC.

In the Spring of 2010, he led other teams to applying the model in the areas of education funding and vegetarian food. These applications will be developed into new companies, bringing more value to Equity Score® members.
