Members of the 649 Teams are required to provide business consulting services to 649 company subsidiaries—one team per subsidiary.  Fundamentally, each team member is a Member-Care Advisor—a Communications Specialist who takes pride in explaining our Value Proposition to our Members. All our Members are our most cherished Customers and must therefore come first. The needs of the subsidiary company come after the Customers.

This dual role is important.  The structure of each team is designed to balance the two activities of customer support for our Members and business support for the subsidiary companies.
