Organizing Structure

The purpose of our Organizing Structure is to bring predictable returns to 13,983,816 Equity Score® members who buy goods and services from any (or all) of 649 subsidiary companies.  The business engineering behind each subsidiary company enables the member's spending cash-flow to earn Value that goes into the member's wallet. 


Let's say the member buys 649 different goods and services from all 649 subsidiaries.  An Earned Value from each subsidiary goes into the member's wallet.  The sum of these 649 Earned Values is the member's Equity Score®.  This is how Value begins and ends with the Customer.  By the way, the first Earned Value is coming from the Housing category of goods & services.



What is Fractional Reserve Commerce© all about?


First of all, Fractional Reserve Commerce© (FRC) defines Pure Capitalism correctly where everyone is a One-For-All All-For-One Pure Capitalist who receives various Earned Equity Values from his or her purchasing activity in the closed Equity Score® business ecosystem.  Various Member Value Multiples—1, 3, 5, 7, and 10 or more—are applied to the Pure Capitalist's cash-flows at 649 subsidiaries, generating various Earned Equity Values for his or her wallet.   


In comparing Debt to Equity, Professor PDK applied his unique root-level Demand Deposit Accounting DDA knowledge to develop FRC.  From this comparison came the first mathematical definition of exactly how much more powerful Equity is over Debt.  This knowledge is a first.


Secondly, Professor PDK developed the One-For-All All-For-One Debt-Free Formula.

Thirdly, business/economic simulations were ran in the lab by Professor PDK using exactly 649 companies.  The amounts of positive, debt-free Values produced were repeatedly traced and checked in these simulations which are all closed systems.  The amount of wealth generated in this closed system is reliably predictable because the number of customers is known (i.e. 13,983,816 members) and various business parameters are known (i.e. 4 Sections and 22 Variables™ standard).

Our company founder Dr. Paul Douglas Katching, Professor-Eminence of Applied Sciences at the Physics Department of Desh Bhagat University ("Professor PDK") has spent many years—over four decades actually—researching and testing in over forty countries.
